Fundraising

Fundraising is vital to the RNLI.

Pirate_fundraisers.jpgYour support allows the RNLI to provide a 24–hour on–call search and rescue service around the coast of the UK and ROI.

As a charity we rely on you to help us raise the £398,000 per day that we need to run our 234 lifeboat stations and over 330 lifeboats so we can continue saving lives at sea.

If you want to get your school or youth group involved, why don't you:

  • hold a dress down day or a cake sale,

  • adopt us as your school's Charity of the year,

  • or hold a Lifeboat week and raise funds for your local lifeboat station.

Whatever you decide to do, your money really will make a difference. If you would like more information about our range of different activities please contact the education team.
